Small complex. But well laid out with lots of flower beds and a beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice.

Rooms have No drawers just a sit on shelf for clothes and an open rail with 6 coat hangers. Room 102.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The gardens were stunning, the pool area was lovely, and the rooms were excellent. We especially loved the steam room in our shower room , such a lovely surprise. The customer service was outstanding throughout our stay, both from the reception team and the bar staff. Breakfast was definitely a highlight: delicious, beautifully prepared food with excellent quality fruit and vegetables. There was a great variety of options, from eggs and savoury dishes to sweet treats like croissants and tiramisu. This hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway — peaceful, quiet, and ideal if you simply want to unwind. There are also good nearby options for dinner. We also enjoyed a lovely lunch by the pool during our stay. A special mention to Vito from the restaurant team for the fantastic customer service. He really made our experience even more enjoyable.

It is simply perfect. Location, environment, nature, nice architecure, aligned exterior and interior with the area, kind staff, comfortable apartments, cleaning of apartments every day, good breakfast, parking place.

Everything was awesome. We only regret of not making to enjoy more in yard, pool and area, as there was strong cold wind for few days.

We were travelling around Pulia by train. The property is two bus rides or a 20 minute (40 euro) taxi ride away from Fasano station. So fine if you have a car but need to plan carefully if using public transport. That said, whilst buses are limited we were able to work it out and there is a stop next to the property. Its 2 euros each way to the square which acts as the bus hub in Fasano (Viale della Resistenza) where you need to change buses to get to Fasano station or Locorotondo. We visited in mid-October, by which time the visitor season was winding down and Selva was very quiet. That meant there were very limited options for evening meals locally. Whilst the hotel breakfast was fantastic and they offered drinks and lunch, the hotel did not operate the bar in the evening, which seemed a missed opportunity for them and for guests. Equally, as they do not do dinners that compounded the lack of evening meal options in the village when we were there.
