About this apartment rental
Imagine yourself installed on the terrace to admire the sea. Ideally located at only 200 m from the beach, Les Terrasses de Piegu is an apartment of 70 m² on the ground floor that can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms with terrace, a bathroom. Large windows give access to the magnificent terrace facing the sea. Private parking.
The apartment :
Very bright thanks to its south-east exposure, the appartment is situated in a residence built in 2020.
It is composed as follows:
Large bright living room with sea view with :
- Lounge area with armchairs, coffee table
- Dining area with a family table
- Kitchen open on the living room, fully equipped : fridge, hotplates, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle...
Night space:
- Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 200 cm, with a large bay window giving access to the terrace with sea view. Storage space.
- Bedroom 2: trundle bed, ideal for one adult or two children. Storage space.
- Bathroom with Italian shower, sink
Outside :
- Terrace exposed south-southwest along the length of the apartment, deckchairs
- In the extension of the terrace, small garden with trees
- Private covered parking for a city car
Nearby:
- The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, 200 meters from the beach.
- All shops are 800 meters away: restaurants, bars, souvenir stores, mini-markets...
- The Marine Spa is 800 meters away
- The Casino and the cinema are 800 meters away
