The flat is fully equipped and will be perfect for a stay in the mountains.
Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it offers a breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc Massif and features a BALCONY that will be much appreciated on sunny days.
The apartment has one bedroom and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It has: Lift, Coffee machine (Nespresso), Dishwasher, Oven-Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Food processor, Toaster and Citrus press. It also has underfloor heating and a ski locker in the flat.
The flat has 2 beds of the following type: 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed, with quality bedding.
You can enjoy the balcony, equipped with a table and two chairs, to eat outside with a view of Mont Blanc.
The building is very quiet, and you can do everything on foot: the Super U is 350 metres away, the post office is 150 metres away and there are many restaurants nearby.
Access to the slopes is easy with the shuttle bus. You will also be close to the start of the many hikes you can do in the area.
You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
A professional cleaning is done before and after each guest.

Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.
