The staff were definitely the best part of our stay. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and welcoming. From the very first day, we felt like we were part of a family, and that was something we really appreciated. It honestly felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being at our own summer house. 🥰 We had a few issues with our room on the first day, but thankfully Mr. Nazmi immediately took care of everything and did his best to help us. Our room was changed the following day, and after that, everything was much more comfortable. Overall, the warmth, kindness, and hospitality of the staff made our stay truly special. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there were also a few things that we were not happy with. The woman working at the reception was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, it seemed that she was not fully informed about the rooms being sold. For example, the hotel’s website states that the Economy Rooms have a TV and a minibar, but unfortunately, neither of these was available in our room. We believe the room descriptions should be updated or the staff should be informed more accurately about the facilities offered. There was also an unpleasant situation on our first evening. While we were sitting outside because we were not comfortable in our room yet, a gentleman working at the night reception started making strange whistling sounds from his balcony. He appeared to have been drinking alcohol, which was quite obvious from his behavior. Some of the kitchen staff were also there, and everyone seemed uncomfortable. We found this inappropriate and disturbing, especially in a hotel environment. Honestly, I believe the hotel would be even better if it were managed by Ms. Öznur and Mr. Nazmi. Their kindness, attention, and genuine care for the guests really stood out to us. With people like them taking care of the hotel, I’m sure the overall experience could be even better.

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche Personal. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön geht an den Chef Sinan, der sich persönlich um seine Gäste gekümmert hat. Die netten Gespräche mit ihm haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Auch Uğur, Ayten und der Mitarbeiter an der Bar (dessen Namen ich leider vergessen habe) waren stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – sehr abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Hier findet wirklich jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack. Der Pool war jederzeit sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv ist uns auch aufgefallen, dass die Fotos des Hotels der Realität entsprechen – man bekommt genau das, was versprochen wird. Abends lief angenehme Musik in einer angenehmen Lautstärke, sodass man wunderbar entspannen konnte. Auch tagsüber herrschte eine ruhige und erholsame Atmosphäre. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Als kleine Anregung zur Verbesserung wäre es hilfreich, wenn ein Haustechniker dauerhaft vor Ort wäre. So könnten kleinere technische Anliegen oder Reparaturen noch schneller erledigt werden.

Ilk gun, banyo gideri tikaliydi ve bu yuzden su akti, bu nedenle odamizi degiştirdiler ama sonra eski odaya tekrar aldilar.. Ikinci gun, Bakimsizliktan klima bozuldu, ve bu yuzden bir gece uyuyamadik sicaktan. 3 uncu gun sular kesildi (şaka gibi..) kahvalti yetersizdi , ustelik vegetaryandi, Et turu yoktu. TV çalişmiyordu, ve tum bunlar yuzunden tatilimizi tetilgin geçirdik. Yinede bu sorunlar otel sahibiyle alakali, personeller ellerinden geleni yaptilar.
