Walk to Ski Lift: Renovated Condo in Breckenridge!

Hostess was accommodating and responsive. - The gas fireplace in the living room was awesome. It heated the whole house & gave such a cozy vibe. We got our use out of that thing! There's also one in the primary bedroom but it didn't really work. We spent most of our time in the common area anyway. - The location. It's pretty close to a bus stop (which is free, btw) that'll take you to the lifts, and it's also pretty close to downtown/Main St. We caught a bus on the way home after dinner one night, which was great. - The TV. We gathered around the TV on Sunday to watch the NFL games, and one of the nights we were there we watched some Netflix. It's very nice that the hostess allowed us so many options via entertainment. - Laundry machines! It's so incredibly convenient to have a washer and dryer in the space in case you need it. - We unfortunately didn't get to use the hot tubs, but I think it's pretty cool the outside hot tub is right around the corner from this place.

The beds were not at all comfortable, unfortunately. Our entire group had trouble sleeping in all of the beds. Some memory foam mattress pads would solve this problem immediately. - The place was not super clean?? There were small things we noticed -- hair in the primary bathroom shower, 'clean' dishes with dirt on them, crumbs in the rug -- that threw our expectations off... It wasn't a big enough deal to contact mgmt because we could easily clean these things, but whoever is cleaning the apartment isn't being thorough enough. We wish the attention to detail for cleanliness was higher. - The For Your Stay binder on the table in the living room is outdated. The correct information is spread across a bunch of different places, like a sticky note by the door and embedded in the online reservation details. For example, we had trouble getting into the trash room because we couldn't find the correct code (we did see the sticky note finally). Wish all the accurate info for our stay could be consolidated to one place.
