FLH Portuguese Soul Flat with Terrace

The location, amenities, and beauty of the apartment were incredible.

The apartment is very well located, very clean and well-supplied. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

The key pick-up process was unfortunately not efficient. The keys are located at a pick-up office about a 20 minute walk from the apartment. So this means that if you're arriving from the airport, you have to first transport your belongings to the key pick-up point, and then arrange another transport to the apartment (the walk is uphill to the apartment and very difficult to manage if you are carrying luggage). Ultimately this meant two cab rides for us. Perhaps this was explained prior to booking and I just missed it, but if I had known, I would have possibly made other arrangements.

Nothing, our stay was perfect. Would recommend to anyone.

Great location in the old town, short walk to lovely bars and restaurants in Alfama and great views just on the doorstep for coffee and breakfast in the morning.

You can hear the upstairs property very loudly, lots of children running around during our stay that woke us up. We had access problems with the key and got locked out for hours on our first evening which was a shame as the host hadn’t told us about a quirk with how to insert the key to get it to work.
