The apartment is on the first floor and has an area of about 90 square meters; the floors are in terracotta and the ceilings in wood, according to the ancient local tradition; the whole house is strongly insulated and is very cool even on the hottest summer days.The apartment consists of:•two double bedrooms, each with private en suite bathroom, furnished with antique furniture;•a large living room with fireplace furnished with comfortable armchairs and sofas;•a large kitchen with hob, electric oven, barbecue, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, small appliances (toaster, juicer, coffee machine etc.) and everything you need to cook (pots and pans). The apartment is completed by a large covered terrace of about 30 square meters from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the valley.
