I had a great birthday weekend with friends.

The patio was adorable and slept very comfortably.

The only problem we had was the sink smelled like sewage.

Pull out sofa could be closer to TV area so we could hear TV but did appreciate the AC since the weather was humid and hot ENJOYED the side patio. Thanks!

Great cottage for a small family’s stay

The property was a great location…close to the beach and strip. The owners were extremely responsive to our concerns and quick to respond.

Significant mold and mildew issue but excellent location and responsive host.

Excellent location, beautiful private patio. Bryan was responsive when I needed to reach him.

There is a strong mold and mildew smell throughout the property. Every single room. The smell is overwhelming and I have asthma so at times, I struggled to breathe. Tried everything I could (fans, opening windows) but the issue is so significant that it needs real repair internally. I ended up needing medication from my dr. I let the host know, Bryan.

Overall a nice relaxing weekend.

The location itself is great, you are just outside of the strip which means it’s quiet but a one minute walk and you are at the first bar on the strip - firehouse winery is at the other end and took about 10-15 minutes at a casual stroll. We had a nice patio which was private and we spent most of our time there or exploring. We spent very little time inside the cottage as the air conditioner is not adequate to cool the living room or kitchen area. The bedrooms have their own window u it’s and ceiling fans which do a fine job of keeping it cool. In all fairness it was 94 degrees and crazy humid outside during our stay which could’ve affected the ability of the units to keep the areas cooler.

The beds are cheap $99 mattresses that are probably are ok to pass out on but not at all comfy for sleeping. You can hear the coils every time you move and there is no pillowtop covering or decent mattress cover - there is a layer of plastic between the sheets and the mattress - almost like what would be on a toddlers bed in the 80’s-90’s for potty training. Overall I am happy with the accommodations but do feel it was a little pricey due to the bed situation. I would definitely rent this again.

We had a great time and will definitely consider this house when we visit again next year!

I liked how close the house is to the lake and the businesses on the strip. Parking for two cars was great, too.

For a short trip this cabin was well worth it.

The cabin was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio.
