This home has a maximum occupancy of 2 and is wonderful for solo travelers, couples, friends and business people.

Air conditioning a little tricky - very loud. Otherwise the place is very clean and perfectly appropriate for a budget place to stay.

Happy, repeat visitor. The studio is immaculately clean, well appointed with every amenity. The dedicated parking spot was appreciated and communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend and will stay again when the occasion presents itself.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Converted garage exactly as advertised. Good shower and bed, didn’t cook so can’t tell you about that. Way better than a hotel by the freeway.

Lots of good to say about this place. It's basically a tiny house. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a full shower/ bath. The window a/c window unit works well, and there are floor fans. Everything is clean, and the bed is comfortable. It's nice to have a designated parking spot. Wi fi is good. Locale is great. The only negatives are the tiling in the bathroom is mouldy and patched, in need of regrouting. And the walls/ base boards/ trim need repainting. Plus, you have to use your own passwords to watch Netflix, Prime, or Roku on the TV.
