Roomy designer beachfront condo for 8 with unobstructed oceanfront views located in the largest gated resort with 24-hour security on South Padre Island.
This elegant and newly-renovated (2021) eighth floor condo features gorgeous oceanfront and bayside views from nearly every room of this spacious corner unit, allowing in tons of natural light throughout the day. However, all rooms are also equipped with room-darkening shades, newly appointed Westin Heavenly beds, Serta pillows, and overstuffed, allergen free, down-alternative duvets so guests sleep comfortably and awake refreshed throughout their stay. This condo also has its own air conditioning and heating system (not shared) and each room is equipped with a 3-Stage True HEPA Air Purifier with PlasmaWave Technology which helps to capture and reduce airborne allergens, bacteria, and influenza strains.
Two bedrooms are each furnished with a king bed and feature special amenities including beautiful, custom-tiled mirrors, 55" LG TVs, ceiling fans, ample closet space, luggage racks, cozy throw blankets, and nightstands with convenient USB ports. In the primary bedroom, you will also find a cozy, oversized, leather chair and side table to relax with while reading your favorite book. Additionally, your en-suite primary bathroom is outfitted with dual vanity sinks, mother-of-pearl tile, Italian marble walk-in shower, and a Moen six-function shower fixture with soothing massage functions. The third bedroom is equipped with custom-built bunk beds designed to accommodate full-size Westin Heavenly beds any adult will be comfortable sleeping on. And each bunk has its own custom lamp and convenient USB port. Additional features include a 55" LED TV, ceiling fan, and four large pullout drawers below the bunks.
The open-concept living space includes a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, additional pull-out freezer drawers for storing up to (4) 10 lb bags of ice at a time, Nespresso and Keurig machines, a Samsung smart electric range, an air-fryer, a Ninja blender perfect for frozen drink recipes, stainless steel cookware and flatware, and all the dishes and glassware needed to dine-in any time during your stay. You will also enjoy a dining table with seating for 8, a living room with an ultra-comfortable lounging couch perfect for movie time, and a full-size washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Outside you will find a large, deep-shaded patio with relaxed seating for 8 that enjoys expansive, scenic views of the Gulf and Saida resort grounds! Additionally, outside is a wi-fi extender so you don't lose connection. Another exclusive benefit to staying at Saida 3807 is that you have access to a beach closet stocked with 8 adult beach chairs, 2 children's beach chairs, a Tommy Bahama umbrella, and boogie boards for your enjoyment.

First, I meant to do a review immediately after we returned home, but my mom became very ill and life just kept happening, so here it is, almost a year has passed, but this place was so wonderful I felt that i still needed to do the review. This trip was to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation, so it was myself, my husband, daughter and 4 of her friends. As a family, we have stayed at Saida before, but never this particular condo. We have also stayed at Sapphire, but felt like Saida was best for this trip. Check in was the easiest I have ever experienced. Our condo was the most beautiful we have stayed in. We booked this particular condo because we needed lots of room for the girls and the space was perfect. One of the rooms had 2 bunk beds and the girls enjoyed it the most. Nice and cozy without the girls feeling cramped. The kitchen had everything we needed, but we didn't require much because we ate evening meals out and snacked or ate light for the day. The balcony was also extra spacious for a hang out spot with spectacular views. Not only was the condo beyond beautiful, but the entire grounds were clean and pristine. My husband, who usually isn't easily impressed by anything, actually said he would buy this condo if we could. We are possibly thinking of going back to South Padre again this summer. If so, we will be checking to see if this unit is available.

My husband, three daughters (ages 12, 10, 6) and I rented this condo for a five-day trip over fall break. The condo is gorgeous with high quality finishes and was extremely clean. We enjoyed using the boogie boards, sand toys and chairs from the beach closet and the in-unit washer/dryer was a bonus as many other units at Saida use the shared coin laundry. We leveraged all the amenities at the resort including tennis, pickle ball and shuffle board (simply check out equipment for free in the Royale building) and used all three pools (when looking out the balcony the one closest to the beach on the right is heated). The oversized balcony offered beautiful sunrises and a great place to enjoy a beverage while overlooking the ocean. We will definitely be back!
