Security and from office staff was really nice for I had to order taxis when I went out. Condo itself was perfect clean ,washer and dryer came handy. Didn’t do cooking but with microwave and toaster was enough. Totally satisfied and friends that came to visit liked it a lot. Highly recommend Windsor. Thank you for letting me stay there.

My wife and I stayed at this unit for 5 weeks. The listing was accurate, and the unit was extremely well furnished, even beyond what was listed with small touches here and there. The unit was clean and in good condition, and Sachi Hawaii provided outstanding service at every interaction.All in all, we are very happy with our stay.

We stayed 5 weeks in this condo. The views are spectacular as others descrobed. In addition, it is extremely safe. The entrance to the unit is covered by 3 x check points, and the security is always available. The indoor laundry is very convenient.

Our condo was the base for a great winter in Hawaii! We were pleased with the entire apartment setup. Comfortable furniture, lots of storage and so much better equipped than we could have imagined. Great views of the ocean and the mountains from our windows. Windsor Properties is a bit older but that brings a charm of its own. The grounds provide an oasis in the midst of the city and the security features left us feeling quite safe. Sachi Management was always there for us whenever I had a question or request. I had a small glitch a couple days in and they were willing to send someone immediately over. Can't minimize how that enhanced as we've dealt with our management teams that can't be found after receiving our money
$$$$
