La posizione eccezionale, quel bel balcone con i gerani, la casa molto spaziosa e ben fornita di tutto ciò che può servire.
Qualche piccolo dettaglio dato dal fatto che l’appartamento è stato ammodernato ma impianti e infissi sono ancora gli originali.
