The staff, had a few issues with I'd for check in but the staff were amazing!!! Also the little touches most forget.... sugar in the sugar bowl, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom
The mattresses could all do with replacing they are nice beds but too worn in and soft, sagging in the middle a bit not good for the back

There wasn't anything I could dislike.
I liked the cleanliness of the apartment. All main floors were tiled so nice and easy to clean.
