Moradia com 3andares, 4 quartos, camas para 11 pessoas, 3casas de banho, muitos sofás, ventoinhas, boa cozinha, bem equipada (máquina de café, air fryer, forno, fogão, microondas, máquina de lavar a louça, frigideiras e panelas), 2 smart TVs, patio enorme com mesa exterior, varanda, pequeno terraço, estendal, parque infantil, duas churrasqueiras, piscina espaçosa e funda, piscina para crianças e jacuzzi, salão de jogos com bilhar, matraquilhos e mesa de Ping Pong. Muito fácil comunicação com a proprietária. A 5min da praia marítima de carro. A poucos min a pé da praia fluvial. Muito perto do ferryboat que vem de Setúbal.

Lençóis limpos, mas descoordenados e com demasiado uso. 2 quartos interiores.
