About this house rental
We built “Mein Chalet Tirol” from scratch in the summer of 2020. We think it has an enviable location!
RELAX—HERE YOU CAN!
“Mein Chalet” is a standalone house, cozy, laid-back, and modernly furnished. We want you to feel right at home with us! We believe you’ll find a wonderful retreat here in the heart of the Tyrolean mountains. Enjoy YOUR time with us! Embark on alpine adventures right outside your front door! No matter the season: winter, summer, spring, or fall!
The total living area is approximately 80 square meters, with the first floor measuring 50 square meters and a steep wooden staircase leading up to a large loft. Cozy with natural carpet flooring.
The loft invites you to relax and unwind: The reading nook with lounge cushions is perfect for relaxing. There are 2 sleeping areas on the loft.
You’ll enjoy a healthy living environment, timber-frame construction, plenty of light and space, and self-regulating underfloor heating throughout the chalet.
The spacious and modern kitchen has everything you could want: a coffee maker, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and freezer compartment are all available. The large refrigerator also includes a small freezer compartment.
The chalet features a separate bedroom with a box-spring bed; the living room has a double sofa bed (with a slatted frame and high-quality mattress). There are two additional sleeping spots on the loft. In total, the house sleeps 6.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and hair dryer. The spacious terrace, with views of the surrounding mountains, faces east and south.
A small supermarket is just 200 meters away. You have the option to have breakfast at the neighboring hotel (by advance reservation for a fee).
My Chalet:
An entire house just for you—approx. 80 square meters with up to 6 sleeping spots. Private terrace/garden. The first floor is wheelchair-accessible and offers approx. 50 square meters of space. Here you’ll find a bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen.
The open loft features 2 sleeping areas and a lounge for relaxing. The natural carpet makes it really cozy.
On-site amenities: Included in the price • Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher • Smart TV • Private parking • Large east/south-facing terrace, small garden • Kettle grill • Deck chairs • Hiking backpack • Ski/bike storage • Ski waxing station • Clothesline • 2 yoga mats A washing machine and dryer can be provided upon request.
Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
