The studio was very nice, comfortable, and well equipped, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Special thanks to Eva, the host, for her attentiveness, kindness, and quick responses.

Due to very rainy and cold weather the apartment was a bit cold despite the AC heating.

The apartment fully matches its description and is truly equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It's clear that the hosts have arranged it with care and love - we felt completely at home, with everything easily accessible. One of the highlights is the beautiful view from the terrace, which was actually the main reason we chose this apartment. The surrounding complex is well-maintained and green, creating a very pleasant atmosphere both indoors and outdoors. Our host, Eva, was extremely kind and helpful. She assisted us in renting a parking space, located about 5 minutes away on foot. There is a convenient option to temporarily park near the main entrance of the Santa Marina complex for 30 minutes to load/unload, and a bellboy will deliver your luggage to the apartment in a small electric cart. Parking costs 10 BGN per day. We explored several beaches nearby and beyond - our favorites were Smokinya and Irakli, which we highly recommend.

The only minor downside is the road running just outside the complex, you can sometimes hear traffic noise.
