House very clean, comfortable and great location!
office was closed when we arrived and left so couldnt pick up card for back entrance till next day and had to return it in door slot but couldn't get refund.

It was close to the beach, took maybe 5 mins to walk there. We rented a golf cart during our stay and that was a fun way to get around. There are three bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You can hear the beach from the back porch.
The home it’s self was amazing. We rented the golf cart from an “outside” company and the community had their own golf cart rental. Make sure you rent from the community rental because they wouldn’t let us ride our golf cart on the last day because it was from a different rental company.
