I wish I was there now I dnjoyed the place so much

The property was fantastic, it was close to the beach, restaurants and shops nearby. I had a hire car and there was an allocated parking space for the apartment. The facilities in the apartment were superb plenty of towels although we were there for 20 nights so washed ours at a laundry with our clothes. Kitchen facilities were great, the living room and bedroom had air con but we only used one when required the bedroom had absolutely lots of storage for clothes, the bathroom had a great shower there was liquid hand soap, shampoo and conditioner too. The apartment we had was beach vibes and although optimistic before arrival I was very impressed and we will certainly stay here again, there was going to be an issue with the water mains down the road but emails were very informative that we were going to have no water for a couple of hours during the day but as we were out all day it did not affect us one bit

Renters beware! Inaccurate listing about parking. There are not enough parking spots for all units. We ended up paying $99 for parking, which makes this property not worth the price. Very disappointing!

Plusses and minuses.

There was a very, very squeaky king bed. A loud Airconditioning. We had to wash all the blankets, bed sheets and pillow cases in the local laundry because they were not clean. I had a huge problem getting to the laundry because it's lock was not responding for a while. The rooms were in good condition. The kitchen and bathroom were good. The microwave is very small. No dishwasher. The apartment is in a perfect location near the beach and in a quiet area.

Clean, great location but terrible experience

The location of the apartments were good, right near the beach and the apartments were lovely and clean, with a car park space. The communication was good with the owners, and they did state they will warn the people in the next room as everything that happened was recorded on the ring doorbells they have, but the experience had already ruined our stay!

We booked a couple of nights at the Filmore Suits before heading up to Orlando. Unfortunately we ended up leaving after just one night, due to the people who were staying next door! We were woken through the 1st night at approx 3am by someone kicking and banging on the door continuously and shouting abusive things! This terrified my children! It eventually stopped when they found they had the wrong apartment. We then opened the door in the morning to find a man asleep on the floor right outside, we would have to climb over him to get out. This is not what we expect when we come away and never had this happen before and we are a well travelled family! My children were too scared to stay another night so we left. A little annoyed due to the money we have lost on this apartment and the having to then pay out for another accommodation.

Excellent stay, perfect location, will be returning!

Excellent and responsive staff that get back with you immediately. Someone accidentally parked in my parking spot and within minutes they had him remove his vehicle. They provided us with high chairs for the kids, a bunch of chairs for the beach, and even shovels and sand castles for the kids to play on the sand. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, and had everything you needed including Roku TV. They make it feel like home. And if you want to be close to the beach, it doesn’t get closer than this place. From the front door of the apartment it’s about 45 seconds until you get to the sand. Highly recommended!!

Lovely and Comfortable Apartment

The room was beautiful and clean. Easy to get into. Location was perfect. Most comfortable bed. Customer service Jill very helpful with an issue I had with pre check and my account and former account. She was patient and got me through it!!

Sleeping on sofa bed, light was way too bright outside. 🌞 Hot water never got hot for even the first shower. Having to do so much work to clean up before leaving was a little inconvenient. Paying 268.00 for a night then having to do half the work of the cleaning crew was something we hadn't experienced before. The three of us did it quickly but it took time away from us leaving when we planned.

The location was perfect. The bed was big and the kitchen had most amenities.

The bathroom mirror was too high. I could not see in it. There was not a long length mirror. There was not any extra bedding for the couch sleeping area. My son had to sleep with beach towels. I asked for one sheet and a blanket and was not given it. The room was booked for up to 4. There were two adults an one 10 year old child. There were not enough towels, hand towels, or wash clothes.

I liked that whatever issue we had at the moment they responded to pretty quickly.

They advertised clean, yet upon arrival the room did not smell clean, the furniture was sticky and the room carpet smelt like pee and the blanket on the couch smelled like sweat. They were not very accommodating to check out or check in times.
