Close to a lot of stores and close to my destination. My family and I needed a room asap due to another hotel not working out. The woman at the front desk was an absolute angel! She reached out to me personally to get us into a room! It was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good. The air conditioner made a weird noise, but other than that minor inconvenience it was great.

I liked having a switch by the bed to turn on the light outside the bathroom. (in case there's a middle of the night bathroom break)
It was nice having a variety of pillows, so I was able to find one that was PERFECT for me.
I felt very safe in your hotel, was given a room close to the elevator, so I didn't feel isolated and vulnerable.
Gym was good with equipment that worked, and hand weights. Pool looked good, but I didn't use it.
All the lighting in the room was 'Warm' tones and low wattage bulbs and I couldn't see well enough to read at night. And not enough light in the bathroom to put on makeup!
Breakfast was OK. Decaf coffee was cold. Totally cold. The manager was very gracious and made a fresh pot. Trying to eat healthy I was expecting to find boiled eggs, which you had, and whole wheat toast, which you didn't have. Alas, the toaster was broken so no fresh toast.

The coffee was good as were the OJ and toast, bagels. Bananas were fresh . Bed was somewhat OK. The shower curtain was new and the shower water spray was good.
the room was so hot even after turning heat down to 63.The breakfast was poor. The bacon was tissue paper thin and had NO taste. The eggs and tater tots were cold. No pancakes or waffles.
The price was expensive for the condition of the room.
