• There are bunk beds that have weight limits
• 8 guests max = 6 adults and 2 children (bunk bed)
• Please note that there's a staircase leading down to the property from the parking lot.
• We only have 1 parking spot at the property and the overflow parking for additional cars is not available. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months.
• A parking pass is available inside the unit upon check-in. Please be sure to hang your permit on the rearview mirror of your car and return it on the day of your check out otherwise there's a $100 fee to replace it.
***Note: Rental Property Agreement is required to be signed up after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result to the cancellation of reservation without refund.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway! The check-in was easy and the unit is immaculate. The mountain views out every window are magnificent! The hosts Krysten and Michael stayed in constant contact from the welcome to reminders upon checking out. I would definitely rent again!

This is an amazing place. The views are awesome. The condo is clean and very comfortable. We will be going back. Kristen and Mike were easy to contact and very helpful.

Overall my stay was nice.
My check-in was not a pleasant experience at all. The code I was given was incorrect, the water was not on in the condo, and I had no heat. The owners, however, were very responsive to my messages and phone calls when I reported these issues. They told me how to turn on the water in the unit and they alerted me to a second heating system.
I gave the place 3 stars, because it seemed like they had not prepared it to receive guests. After turning on the water and heat, my stay was very nice. I would definitely rent this place again, now that I know how to turn on different features in the unit. The view was great, and the environment was very peaceful. It provided the place I needed to de-stress from the busyness of my daily life.
