Chateau by the Sea, a 51-unit oceanfront complex that boasts a family-friendly atmosphere with 3-stories of 1 and 2-bedroom condos. Units offer breathtaking views of the blue, sparkling Atlantic waters and white sandy beaches. The "U" shaped complex surrounds a plush tropical courtyard, an oceanfront pool area, and a beachfront sun deck that gazes out over the sea wall. The private beach access makes it easy to get to the beach and will have you dipping your toes in the sand in no time. The pool, heated seasonally, is refreshing and allows for enough space to swim laps. There is a clubhouse available for planned seasonal activities. Pros - A/C is amazing, great location, bed is amazing
Cons - Appliance very, very dated, carpet is filthy and should be replaced, upgrade the TV's, it's 2023 and get rid of the VCR and DVD player. On site manager at the complex is extremely rude.

I would highly recommend Château by the Sea but not this particular unit. It is not owned by the owner of the Château like most of them are. It is separately owned. It needs some repairs and the bed was awful! sheets did not fit & the mattress was inferior. If You go through management of the resort you will get a much better price and a better unit.

This condo was great! The beach and pool access were perfect! The view from the balcony was fantastic. We stayed with our 17 year old twins and it worked out fine with our inflatable mattress. The bed did seem to be a full, not a Queen. Of the three chairs on the balcony, two need to be replaced as they were not usable. We always felt safe at this property. The upkeep of the property and the condo seemed to be good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a great week! I didn’t realize it was a drive beach, but it turned out to be fun. I loved that the place was smaller and quiet, and the pool was never over-crowded (a big deal to us). Thank you!
