Decent apartment close to the slopes

Apartment is very well stocked with everything that you need, Lisa (our point of contact) was great. There is a really big fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It is very quiet.

There are a lot of new digital items and it would be good to have some basic instructions as to how they work. We couldn't get the fire or heater to come on but the owner kindly provided a plug in fan heater. The apartment is small (20m2) as stated and the block is quite dated but the price probably reflects that. The only place to dry boots is in your room.

Clean and sufficient, but a bit crammed, to be frank.

Owner and person you get the keys from were nice and communicative, no probs. Very convenient to unload the car, as the apartment is just one floor above the back door entry of the building. Convenient walking distance to lifts and gondola and Place Olympique. Recently renovated as the pictures show. Clean. Tools, Cutlery etc., nothing missing. We had -15 degrees outside, the apartment was completely warm. Ski locker room. If you're snowboarding, you might get three boards in there. But you got a large porch anyway. Cleaning included. That's a definitely a plus, as it makes departure much more efficient.

Honestly, while it reads "6 person", in comparison to the 4-person apartments we had rented so far at Arc2000, this one felt smaller, or rather more crammed than others. The fact that there is a second sofa bed and a huge fridge might make it indeed possible to somehow accomodate 6 people on that space, but it is of little benefit if you're just four people. In contrary, it takes away the space to move around and or to put your own stuff somewhere. And that's really just in comparison to common 4p apartments in that area, which usually are small as well, but work out better spacewise.

Excellente proximité avec les pistes, domage que l’appartement soit si peut confortable

Studio bien équipé au pied des pistes

Studio propre et très bien équipé, dans une résidence calme. Arrivée et départ efficaces (merci Antoine !). Accès rapide aux pistes de ski. Commerces et restaurants à proximité (même s'il faut aller à Arc 1950 pour trouver un supermarché digne de ce nom).

Comme d'autres l'ont déjà noté, le logement est petit. À deux, c'est tout à fait gérable (même s'il faut parfois jongler un peu avec les valises), mais je ne le recommanderais pas pour des groupes plus nombreux. Petit détail : la tringle à rideaux gêne l'ouverture de la fenêtre.

Bonjour. Concernant l’appartement il est possède effectivement beaucoup d’équipements mais cependant il est largement trop encombré. Nous étions 3 et déjà il était très compliqué de circuler. Nous avons du faire de la place pour le rangement des valises en stockant la quantité de coussins inutiles, le lit de bébé et les chaises pliantes dans notre voiture pour libérer de la place, ce qui en soit est vraiment rageant. Nous n’avons pas déplié le canapé lit donc une personne a dormi dans le canapé en travers car si on dépli on ne peut plus circuler. Il n’y a aucune possibilité de suspendre les serviettes dans la salle de bain. La table n’était dépliée que par moitié et difficile de circuler autour. La tringle à rideau est tordue et bloque l’ouverture de la porte fenêtre. Impossible d’allumer la TV. La douche est exiguë et faire attention à la porte qui s’ouvre très facilement par le milieu car pas de blocage, Impossible de rester assis dans le lit superposé du dessous. Aucune lumière individuelle sur les lits. Appartement que nous ne relouerons pas, même pour 3 personnes car pas d’espace alors je n’ose pas imaginer pour 6 et avec des enfants. Heureusement nous n’avons pas été coincé dans l’appartement par la météo. Cordialement
