Located close to public transport, clean property, kitchen equipped with everything you need, washing machine, hot water, check in was quick and easy, the person I spoke with was excellent and answered questions promptly
It didn’t bother us, but for people sensitive to sound the airport is near by so there is a bit of noise however it’s good good soundproofing and wasn’t an issue.

All very clean. Area very quiet. Easy access form motorway and into London.
We did say we had 6 people but only enough bedding and towels for 3 people.

We had several issues with our booking and stay. However, Remi and his wife did everything they could to personally put things right. This is the mark of great hosts.
I've shared detailed feedback with the hosts, and suggested ways to improve the experience for future guests. I understand it's a new business for them, and there are always going to be teething problems. For that reason, it would be unfair to go into detail here. I trust they'll take my comments on board and do what's needed to improve.
