Hotel Horitzó by Pierre & Vacances

Spacious room, very useful hall with plenty of storage area, large bathroom, good matresses, daily room cleaning & towels change, very good standard breakfast and, in general, good - very good dinner. Beachfront with beautiful view. Relatively kind staff

The most important aspect to me is the fact that the hotel serves tap water at dinner. That water is totally undrinkable. The hotel deactivated the water fountain during dinner in order to force the customers buy bottled water. That's a pity, in my view.. In general, the room's furniture is quite worn out and bathroom has rusty metal bars/pipes. The lobby, though nice, lacked A/C and you cannot stay there due to high temperature.

Location perfect, right in front of the beach. Breakfast was good as usual in Spain (good buffet with fresh fruit, ham, coffee and even cava), cafe with a sea view, the selection is the same every morning, but I even like it. Not far from the bus stop, opposite there is parking in the blue zone for 6 euros per day, there are many cafes nearby if anyone wants variety.

It's a bit far from Barcelona airport, but I liked everything about the hotel, although we always want a lower price. :)

Nice location bu the beach, close to town

We were really surprised how this hotel has managed to get 4 stars, maximum 3 and only because of the breakfast. No kettle in a room, they charge you extra €15 per person to go to spa, corridors remind you hospital corridors, mould in a bathroom and really basic room furniture.
