GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

We have been coming to port a for years. This is the best place we have stayed at !!! Lots of room , pool was huge !! Beds were comfy . Kitchen had everything we needed .

Cute place and area!!! Loved the quick access to the pool. Love the outdoor shower. Loved the concrete floor. Great WiFi!
Was not expecting to not be able to use the fridge for 24 hours. Had to throw our bacon away. Bunk beds have no boxspring, bunkie boards or plywood- you are not supposed to put mattresses on on end slats every 12-16”… My family guests were so uncomfortable on those. Imagine having 5- 3/4 “ boards pressing on your body all night. Loved the charging ports though!!
Multiple recliners were clinking, grinding and making noise that made us not want to use them. TV in living room is so old it’s going out. Makes HD movies looking k
Like they are from the 70s-
The guests in 207 sat outside till wee hours of the am laughing and being loud.
I think we will try a more secluded house next time and I will ask many questions first.
If this was the only place left, I would do it again.
