Hemlock Lake House

We love staying at Hemlock House each year for many reasons, but our host, Cindy, is that absolute best: responsive, communicative, reasonable, and kind! We adore the location, and the entire Lake Como/Lake Geneva area. We will definitely be back next Summer!

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back!The house was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful location right on the lake. Everything met our expectations, and it was the perfect place to spend the Fourth of July weekend. We enjoyed swimming in the lake, watching the Independence Day fireworks, and making wonderful family memories.Communication with the host was exceptional. Cindy responded to every message almost immediately and was incredibly thoughtful throughout our stay.Unfortunately, a storm came through the area on the second day of our trip, and the entire town lost power for the remainder of our stay. This was completely outside of the host’s control, but she handled the situation with genuine care. She came to check on us in person, offered any assistance she could, and let us decide whether we wanted to stay or leave. We chose to stay since the temperatures had cooled down, and we made the best of it. Her kindness and concern during an unexpected situation meant a lot to us.Despite the weather, we had a fantastic time and created memories we’ll always cherish. We truly hope to return to this beautiful lake house again and again. Highly recommend!

Great location, easy to arrange, and super comfortable!

We enjoyed staying at the house on Hemlock. Very easy to book, house well appointed, quiet neighborhood. We saw deer, cranes and wild turkeys from the porch overlooking the lake. Host was very responsive. Would highly recommend.
