About this house rental
This is 2 stylish, comfortable and well appointed apartments in one 125 year old house with 3 bedrooms each floor (6 total). A kitchen, Livingroom and bathroom on each floor, a game room and 3 porches. A Back yard with a picnic table, fire pit, hammock and other seating surrounded by perennial gardens and flower pots. All only steps away from a quaint New England Downtown with a few dozen restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Including a brewery, arcade bar, axe throwing, escape room, coffee roaster and chocolate shop. As well as art spaces, a Homestead museum, rails to trails and several fairs and festivals. Located in the center of the state you have easy access all Connecticut has to offer. In an hour15 to 2 hours you can take a day trip to NYC, Boston, The Cape, Berkshire mountains, Providence and New Port RI. The whole first floor is it depicted in the pictures, they will be made available as soon as the rooms are done.
Less than 10 minutes to Lake compounds amusement park, Bear Creek camp ground, ESPN and Mount Southington. Centrally located in the center of the state, 30 minutes from Hartford or New Haven. Less than two hours to NYC, Boston, Cape Cod Providence or Newport, RI beaches. Or is history or thing enjoy all that the constitution state has to offer or you can just enjoy the back yard with a picnic table, plenty of seating and a comfortable hammock.

Wow! Great place well furnished. Walk to very cool factory with a few shops activities coffee place and micro brew. 5 minutes to downtown and hair of restaurants. The house has two apartments with 3 bedrooms each. Great for family. Nice backyard. Dated but well kept up. And James is incredibly helpful and responsive. Thanks!

The host was very accommodating and very helpful. We highly recommend this house. Southington is an old town with quaint restaurants and coffee shops…we will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. We had a family wedding in Torrington.

Our large group really enjoyed this house. We loved the convenience of restaurants and bars, and we also had a blast staying in and making dinner. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Thanks!
