About this house rental
You will have exclusive use of the house, terrace, pool, and barbecue area. We live in an adjoining but separate unit (on the left in the photos). We share the access path and the back of the garden. You will have your own keys, allowing you to come and go at your own pace. Just four rules to follow so you can truly feel at home in this peaceful haven of natural stone!
4 RULES
- Check-in from 5 PM / Check-out before 11 AM (fixed times, as they depend on the cleaning service schedule)
- No music
- Outdoor area use limited to the hours of 7 AM – 11 PM
- No air conditioning or television
CHECK-IN
To be completed upon booking, for key handover:
- Send the host a photo of both sides of your ID card
- Confirm via message that you agree to the rules above
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
- 160x200 cm double beds
- Solid wood shutters + mosquito nets in the two 1st-floor bedrooms // roof window with mosquito net and blackout blind in the 2nd-floor bedroom
- 2 table fans per bedroom
- 1 folding baby cot
MEALS
- Tableware and basic condiments provided (please bring your own ground coffee and consumables)
- 8 wrought-iron chairs (suitable for indoor/outdoor use) with thin cushions
- Fridge-freezer combo, kettle, microwave, toaster, and stovetop espresso maker (Moka pot)
HYGIENE
- One 70x140 cm towel per person
- 2 toilets
- Hot water (270-liter tank)
OUTDOOR AREA
- Patio (inner courtyard) not included
- Barbecue: please bring your own supplies (kindling, charcoal, solid firelighters)
- We may visit your terrace briefly and infrequently to water the plants and clean the pool
CHECK-OUT BEFORE 11 AM
- Wash and put away your dishes; no need to do a full clean
- Self check-out (before 11 AM): simply notify us via SMS, then you are free to leave—even if we aren't around

Tres belle ancienne batisse. Enormement de charme. Tres beau patio. Une tres grande piscine. Paisible. Poches de Nîmes, Montpellier, uzes, le pont du gard, sommieres et de la camargue.
Propriétaires charmants. Tres bonne communication.
Ils vivent dans la partie attenante a la batisse et ont un passage par la porte d'entree commune mais ils sont super discrets et tellement gentils.
Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines de vacances.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delphine and Roland! The place is magical, with large stone arches inside and a towering patio which is illuminated by the moonlight in the Summer. We were Roland and Delphines first guests through VRBO so there were a couple of hiccups in the beginning, but those were quickly solved due to the open communication style that they have, which worked perfectly for us. When it got to warm (heat wave), they brought us ventilators, when something else happened they were extremely quick to respond. All in all, a genuinely lovely stay. Anyone who is looking for a calm place to recharge should definitely go here!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez Delphine et Roland ! L'endroit est magique, avec de grandes arches en pierre à l'intérieur et un patio imposant qui est illuminé par le clair de lune en été. Nous étions les premiers invités de Roland et Delphines, il y a donc eu quelques problèmes au début, mais ceux-ci ont été rapidement résolus en raison du style de communication ouvert qu'ils ont, qui a parfaitement fonctionné pour nous. Quand il faisait chaud (canicule), ils nous ont apporté des ventilateurs, quand quelque chose d'autre s'est passé, ils ont été extrêmement rapides à réagir. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour vraiment charmant. Tous ceux qui recherchent un endroit calme pour se ressourcer devraient absolument y aller!
