Car parking and cooperation of staff
Cleaning was a major issue. The bedding covers, bed sheets, and pillow covers were not properly cleaned. The washroom was also not clean. There were not enough electrical sockets, the iron was not functioning properly, and no iron stand was provided. Complimentary water was insufficient . Additionally, the towels were insufficient in number, very low in quality, and poorly cleaned. however, staff was good cooperative.
