About this apartment rental
Very quiet (no roads), 40m2 apartment, 4th floor with elevator. Magnificent south-east view of the park (the swimming pool does not belong to the residence), sea and mountain view of the Albères and Cap Creus, with Barcarès and the Lydia boat in the distance. Also south-west view of the Corbières.
Between the sea and the pond, straddling two Natura 2000 parks.
Access to the beach (blue flag) is direct (20m) with no road to cross. Fitness trail and children's games at the foot of the residence. Beach of 16km by 100m wide with several lifeguard stations. Sanitary facilities accessible to people with reduced mobility at the foot of the residence.
Shops, bars, restaurants and the marina are 450m away on foot, market on Wednesdays, Fridays in summer and Sunday mornings, Lidl 800m away. Many water activities nearby. Information at the tourist office.
Private overhead parking space with remote control barrier.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est adapté pour 4 personnes. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Les couchages sont très bons. Le logement était propre et disposait de tout ce qu'il fallait, avec une décoration agréable.
La résidence est idéalement située. Nous avons pu faire tous nos déplacements à pieds : vers le port, vers la fête foraine et surtout situé à l'entrée de la plage, plage très grande et très belle avec une eau très propre. Je recommande!

Appartement agréablement refait, spacieux et bien agencé, idéalement placé, calme, les pieds dans l’eau, vue sur mer/montagne imprenable, près du centre et du port, parking privé, box avec vélos à disposition. Pour des vacances sans stress! J’y reviendrai avec plaisir.
