Perfection

Mairi gave us a very nice welcome and surprised us with a bottle of wine, eggs and handmade sweets. The pod is perfect and has everything you need and it was nicely decorated. We had sheep for company and different kinds of birds flew past. It was a very lovely and relaxing stay. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely everything! The space is great, bed comfy, lounge comfy, full kitchen, good bathroom - honestly couldn’t ask for more. The view was gorgeous and I really could have stayed for much longer! And Mairi was so lovely and her gifts so kind :)

Wonderful location next to a small lake with lots of birds, nice views and walking access to local beaches. Well appointed pod.

Great place for two people, a bit cramped if using the sofa bed for 3-4 people, albeit more economical.

My new go to place on North Uist

Simple …….. there is nothing not to like. The pods are pristine and the facilities within exceptional. I stay in very good hotels when I’m out to work, it’s my bonus for being away so much. This was the only place I could find to stay on my 3day visit so did not know what to expect from a pod, but it will be the only place I want to stay on future visits.

Beautiful scenery plus perfect accommodation

Everything was brilliant. The pod was well maintained, perfectly equipped and located in nice and quiet place, with beutiful view. Our host was very friendly and welcoming, making sure our stay is nice and comfortable. We would highly recommend it, and if we ever (which is very possible) come back to North Uist we will stay at Air a’ Chroit Luxury Pods

Excellent, comfy and well proportioned pod which exceeded expectations and wish we could stay longer

Some tasty local treats including a home made cake and eggs from host’s chickens were waiting for us. This was a real surprise and very welcome!

Mairi the host was lovely & helpful.

The pods are very new & very spacious, excellent accommodation for the 3nts we spent in North Uist. The fittings, kitchen appliances, cushions etc. are all top quality. We loved the setting & the lovely view from the decking & watching the lambs playing in the field. The wine, milk, eggs, oatcakes & pate were a lovely surprise on arrival.

Hotel feel with great self catering facilities and a remote, peaceful location. 5 minute drive from the only pub in North Uist, where the food and service were fantastic. Host couldn't have been more helpful.

This accommodation made a nice change from the usual hotel rooms that I stay in. Would return again.

With a fully fitted kitchen this was ideal for self catering. The cabin was immaculate on arrival, with a nice welcoming bottle of wine in the fridge.

As it was dark on arrival, the entrance was difficult to see at first.

Toller Pod!!!

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Pods sind super durchdacht, absolut gemütlich. Prima Bad mit WC und Waschbecken. Absolut viel Platz. Eine große Terrasse ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Ein Platz den man einfach nur weiterempfehlen kann!!!
