The minute we walked in it was a wow factor. Beautiful well equipped cottage with a loaf of bread awaiting us and bacon, eggs, milk, oil and cakes in the fridge. Comfy bed and settee. Location was superb just on the edge of the village and a 5 min walk to all amenities. We will certainly re book. Ann the host met us and was lovely.
All was good

A lovely conversion with the old beams still intact, but with all the comfort of a modern property. There were lovely little touches throughout. The shower was excellent, and it was very useful having a full working kitchen. The village of Ticehurst was a short walk down the road.
The bed was only a double but very comfortable.
