This home at the end of a cul-de-sac is conveniently and centrally located close to many exciting destinations while settled in a cozy, quiet neighborhood. It is a mere 5 min from the freeway (I-15), close to Salt Lake City, Provo, Thanksgiving Point, ski resorts up Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons and Park City and so much more! The family-friendly FENCED-IN backyard includes a hot tub, treehouse, swings, a big lawn, and mature trees for kids to run around. Super fast Wi-fi and spacious parking spots are great perks. The Jordan River Shoreline trail, just 5 minutes away, offers miles of scenic recreation by bike or on foot. No matter what time of year you come, this home will make sure you get everything you want in your visit to the Beehive State.

Enjoyed the property with our family ski group. The house has lots of room and parking and is centrally located to ski around salt lake area. Would have liked more dishes and glasses to accommodate a big group. The kitchen otherwise was well stocked.

A group of guys meeting in Utah to go skiing and riding. Plenty of space for all of us and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. House is set up to host families with children, which we didn’t need but worth noting. Would stay again for sure!

Overall we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the house and property. There did not appear to be a great amount of attention to details.
