Eidfjord Adventure hotel Øvre Eidfjord

Vooral met dank aan Nolan de Normandie , prettig gezellig kleinschalig hotel. Prima ontvangst prima uitvalbasis voor wandelingen en watervallen. Parkeren voor de deur moderne kamers voorzien van alle comfort. Pizza (de beste van Noorwegen) op 1km en op 8km restaurant pensionaat super keuken.

Jammer dat er geen koelkast is

Everything! It was in such a scenic area and the facilities were so comfortable and clean. We both slept so well. This is one of the best places we have stayed in over 6 weeks of our trip in Norway.

Friendly (to talk) owners

Stayed one night. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the room. No TV, yea/coffee making facilities in room. No hot water. Had a cold shower.Complained. The owner came and said that one of the three serial boilers was not working. He will try to fix it. Nothing until late night. Called again the following morning. They said they can’t do more. Promised full refund and asked for bank details if I can write a good review.As at least one of us could have a shower later in the morning with hot water, I said it is enough to refund 500 NOK (of the total of 1742 NOK). No reply to email. No refund. Definitely not value for money. Being friendly is good but the facilities should be as advertised.
