Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, gepflegt und hatte alles was man für den Alltag braucht. Die Vernieterin war sehr freundlich und sofort da, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Ich empfehle die Casa Naima auf jeden fall allem die Ruhe und erholung ohne Lärm und Hektik suchen. Einzig was zu Bemängelten war, das es im Oberen stock dir ersten zwei Nächte sehr kalt war, da noch nicht richtig geheizt wurde. Das wurde aber schnell behoben.

Auf der Suche nach einer geräumigen Unterkunft in der Nähe von Lugano sind wir im Internet auf dieses einmalige Ferienhaus gestossen. Ein absoluter Glücksfall! Das wunderschöne Haus ist gemütlich, stilvoll und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin und Eigentümerin XXX ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, der das Wohlbefinden und die Zufriedenheit ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Sie hat an alles gedacht wie Seife, Geschirrspültabs, Kaffeekapseln, genügend Handtücher u.v.m. Danke, Naima!

Das Haus ist mittelmässig, teilweise unpraktisch und schäbig eingerichtet! Viele kaputte Lampen, alte Tücher über Couch und Fauteuil geworfen. Zusammengewürfelte, abgenutzte Frottéewäsche, alte z. T. kaputte Deko, auch im Garten! Buchsbaumzünsler an der Hecke. DIREKT an der Strasse, recht laut, nicht für Kinder geeignet! KEIN Garten wie im Beschrieb, sondern Sitzplatz mit Granitesstisch. Betten sehr gut, Küche gut (billiges Besteck, lotterige Messer), kein Abwaschmittel zur Verfügung.
