Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Meer oder auch in der Stadt. Die Gegend ist absolut ruhig und die Wohnanlage vermittelt eine angenehme Sicherheit. Es steht ein Tiefgaragen Parkplatz zur Verfügung von dem man per Aufzug bequem die Wohnung erreicht.
