For shared use: garden. In the house: reception, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking. Dimension: height 220 cm. Supermarket, restaurant 50 m, bakery 50 m, bus stop 15 m, railway station 18 km. Tennis 800 m, riding stable 1 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, gondola lift 100 m, skisport facilities 150 m, ski bus stop 50 m, sled run 500 m, cross country ski track 200 m, children's playground. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena 100 m. Heated ski depot at the gondola lift included in winter. NO charging option for electric cars in the building. The “Free Mountain Ticket” allows free use of the Isskogelbahn Gerlos and the Königsleiten Dorfbahn during the entire stay. Valid from mid-June - mid-October of the year depending on the weather.

Fijn verblijf met een zeer complete inboedel (keukenspullen), voldoende handdoeken tot je beschikking, mocht je wel te weinig hebben dan kan je deze wassen (1 euro per wasbeurt)! Wij hebben een hele fijne week gehad, vriendelijke eigenaresse, kunt altijd bij haar terrecht!

Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in Gerlos! Dit komt mede door de plek waar wij zaten! Schoon, verzorgd en een warm ontvangst! Het appartement is eenmotorige uitvalsbasis voor een actieve vakantie in Gerlos. Het was jammer dat we maar 1 week hadden geboekt, want we hadden gerust nog een week met veel plezier kunnen vullen. Kortom absolute aanrader!
