Beautiful 2 bedroom house in the sought-after area of Iffley Fields. The location is perfect: with lush meadows and the river within a few minutes' walking distance!
The house is very small, with a total floor area of 39 sq m, so it is ideal for a single person, or couple. It has a double & single bedroom, an open plan kitchen/reception, & a shower room which is off the reception, downstairs.
Outside there is a lockable area for safe bike storage.
It's approx a 25 minute walk/10 minute bike ride/5 minute bus ride to the City Centre. You can even walk/cycle/jog all along the river bank to the city centre!
The area is peaceful & inhabited by relatively well-to-do families & it is also popular with students.
Nearby is the bohemian Cowley Road with its diverse array of shops, cafes & restaurants.
One of the best things about this location is the Chester Arms - a great family-friendly pub around the corner where they serve really good food, and have friendly staff. Lovely to sit outside (or inside). There are queues for their traditional Sunday roast dinners!
