Red Cliff Retreat is in the premier La Estancia neighborhood and features 3 spacious bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. You'll find the amenities you need to make certain you have a fabulous stay: comfortable, stylish furniture, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and a beautiful backyard patio with outdoor furniture so you can take in the amazing red cliff views. Gather around the gas fire pit at night to enjoy stargazing.

You'll appreciate the attention to detail offered at Red Cliff Retreat! With high-end finishings such as plantation shutters, granite countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, 9 to 12 foot ceilings and doors, beautiful flooring and cozy furniture throughout, nothing has been spared to ensure your comfort. Take advantage of the access to the community pools, spa, gym, nearby hiking trails, BBQ area and game room. Enjoy one-of-a-kind sunsets and sunrises from any room of the house. Looking for more space? Check out the home right across the street called "Come On In" to accommodate larger gatherings.

Kitchen - Fully stocked gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, baking dish, cookie sheets, pots, pans, hand mixer, salad spinner, and stock pot. Breakfast bar with seating for four, dining table with seating for six.
Master Suite - King bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, private access to back patio, ensuite bathroom.
Master Ensuite Bathroom - Large two sink vanity, luxurious soaking tub, walk-in shower, private toilet room, walk-in closet, complimentary shampoo, soap & conditioner, hair dryer.
Guest Bedroom 1 - king size bed, desk area with computer, ceiling fan, closet.
Guest Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, closet.
Guest Bathroom - Vanity, tub/shower combination, complimentary shampoo, soap & conditioner, hair dryer.
Laundry Room - Full capacity washer & dryer, complimentary laundry detergent & fabric softener.
Backyard - Fully fenced, desert landscaping, grass area, outdoor dining table with seating for six, two lounge chairs, cornhole.

Guest Access:
Clubhouse and pool hours are 5AM to 11PM. The outdoor pool is closed for the winter from November 1st to the last week in May, weather permitting.
The Neighborhood:
The La Estancia neighborhood is the finest in Kanab. Master-planned, it features a clubhouse with an indoor & seasonal outdoor pool, gym & recreation room.
There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab.
Equestrian and biking trails are also available.
Getting Around:
La Estancia is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab.
Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
Other Things to Note:
Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.
It's important to note that there are VERY strict CC&R's established in the La Estancia neighborhood. For EACH day any of the rules are broken, you will be FINED anywhere from $100 to $500, depending on the rule.
Rules for La Estancia Community:
- There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You're welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage.
- If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage.
- Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses.
- Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community.
Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 FEE to replace it.
For the safety of our property and our guests, we have cameras around the perimeter of the property. Some of the cameras are monitoring the front/back door as well as the hot tub.
We offer a free concierge service with some great recommendations! Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area and known as the "Hub of the Parks", centrally located among Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (77 miles), the Grand Canyon (North Rim - 80 miles). You can also visit Pipe Springs National Monument (21 miles), the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (15 miles), Vermilion Cliffs National Monument (77 miles), Coral Pink Sand Dunes (20 miles), Kodachrome Basin (93 miles), Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area (75 miles), the "Wave"/Paria Wilderness (50 miles), Horseshoe Bend (77 miles), Cedar Breaks National Monument (65 miles) and so much more. Please note mileage is approximate and may vary by a few miles.

It was a perfect location to a lot of the parks! We did day trips to Zion, Bryce and Antelope/ horseshoe bend. The kitchen was stocked with staples like salt, oil, dish soap and garbage bags, etc and had all the appliances you need. The bathrooms had toilet paper and hand soap in them. The laundry room even had laundry detergent to use! All these little extra things are so appreciated and make the stay so much more comfortable and cost effective! The beds were super comfortable and even having board games was great! Highly recommend this place!

It was in a cool neighborhood. Beautiful at night. Surrounded by cool hills. Great 1/2 way location for quick 45 min - 1hr trips to zion, bryce. We also went to antelope canyon and horseshoe bend. 1.5 hrs. Would stay there again.

Property was clean and modern and just like the ad says. Only about a 2 minute drive from central Kenab, in a modern neighborhood with great vistas surrounding the area. Pool was clean and not too crowded in the middle of the summer. Everything about the experience was easy and enjoyable. We didn't watch TV or much of anything really in the house except for sleep, eat and do some laundry. This was a road-trip for us from Vegas to visit the pet sanctuary in Kenab. The filling out of the visitor book was fun for the family.
