1930's Art Deco cottage located in one of Downtown Orlando's premier locations. The Cottages at Lake Davis have been featured in many calendars and magazines for having a Miami charm. This cottage features terrazzo floors in the living and bedrooms, high ceilings, central air and heat, built-in dresser in each bedroom, and fully equipped kitchen.
