Welcome to Margarita Villa—the ultimate 4-bedroom lakefront beach retreat where the emerald Gulf meets total relaxation.
Why choose between a lake view and a beach walk when you can have both?
Margarita Villa is a unique "double unit" (connected by an interior staircase & connecting door) that gives your group double of everything: 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, and 2 massive waterfront decks. It is the perfect setup for multi-generational families or "friend-cations" who want to be together while still having their own private floors to retreat to.They are also listed to be rented separately as 2x 2-bedroom units.

Upper Level:
・Master Suite: King Bed with ensuite bath (walk-in shower).
・Guest Bedroom: 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed (perfect for a small family unit).
・Living/Dining: Recently remodeled luxury kitchen, dining for 4, and an elevated lakefront deck with comfortable lounge seating.
・Guest Bath: Full hall bath with tub/shower combo.

⏤ HOUSE RULES & BOOKING REQUIREMENTS (FIRM) ⏤
We love hosting families and responsible groups! To maintain our 5-star standard and comply with local laws, we require the following:
Agreement & ID: The primary renter (25+) must e-sign our Rental Agreement and provide a government-issued ID within 24 hours of booking.
Security Deposit: A $500 refundable security hold is placed on your card 2 days before arrival.
Strict "No" List: We have a strict No Pet policy due to severe owner allergies. No parties, and no smoking or vaping of any kind, no glitter, and no dyes on the property.
Occupancy: Max occupancy is 12. This is a City of Destin law and is strictly enforced.
Noise: We use noise-decibel monitors (volume only; no recording) to protect our neighbors and adhere to City regulations, which designate . Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 8 AM.
Parking: Free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Permits are provided and must be displayed at all times to avoid towing. Being so close to the beach, we would be overrun with beachgoers without this requirement. Note that trailers and vehicles with more than 2 axles cannot park on the premises.
⏤ ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE & INSURANCE ⏤
Your stay includes up to $500 of accidental damage coverage at no extra cost to you. This covers minor, reported accidents. Coverage expires exactly at checkout, so any damage must be reported prior to departing in order to be covered. There are some exceptions, such as linens and bedding, and "missing" items.
Because we do not refund for weather, travel delays, or health emergencies, we strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance for your peace of mind.

The location of this house is just perfect. Easy access to beach and pool. The kids and grandparents had no problems walking to the beach such a short distance. The tunnel makes it so easy. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for providing so many supplies and amenities.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Margarita Villa. Had everything we needed plus some. It is a beautiful area. We spent lots of time on the deck. Short trip to the beach. Weather was perfect. The house is so roomy and clean.

Everything about our accommodations was great. The only slight issue with our stay was the very loud kids next door but that had nothing to do with our unit. It's hard to control others actions. Overall it was a wonderful stay!
