This detached villa in a fantastic panoramic position directly above the sea with super sea views is situated on a garden plot of approx. 1000 square metres at an altitude of approx. 25 metres. The garden area in front of the house is planted with bougainvillea, palm trees and other Mediterranean ornamental plants. The sandy bay of S. Maria with restaurants and shops is around the corner of a small rocky cape.
The property is fenced on 3 sides, only on the difficult to access slope edge to the sea there is no continuous fence, but hedges and wooden balustrades. The house is surrounded by a landscaped garden with seating areas on various sides, including one right at the front on the edge of the slope with fantastic views over the sea. There are shady areas, a sun terrace and space to play. There are 2 car parking spaces behind the house.

Directly below the house is a rocky coast accessible only to adults, the nearest sandy beaches are in S. Maria and Coccorino Mare (both approx. 800 m).
