Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna, blisko do szlaku na Łysicę i do Świętej Katarzyny, można przejść spacerkiem na pyszne obiady. W okolicy sporo zbiorników wodnych gdzie można wypocząć po wędrówkach. Możliwość zjedzenia śniadania w apartamencie, mały sklepik obok gdzie można dostać podstawowe produkty z przemiłą i pomocną obsługą. Co dużo mówić, miło, czysto i przyjemnie. Super odpoczynek zdała od miasta i blokowisk.
