Marina Maria Apartment

La ubicación perfecta, el apartamento amplio y cómodo! Cocina muy equipada, las habitaciones perfectas, con aire acondicionado, y el baño muy espacioso y con una ducha ideal! El apartamento esta en una zona muy tranquila, y por la noche hemos dormido muy bién! Muy recomendable!

El alojamiento está estupendo todo muy cuidado y con todo lo necesario para una grata estancia no falta de nada en la cocina está preparada con todo detalle , la habitaciones con su aire acondicionado y el baño totalmente nuevo ,súper moderno y bonito . El aparcamiento justo en la puerta , una playita muy cerca y un pueblo chiquitín pero con servicios muy buenos . Cerca de Olbia en coche .

El salón comedor para mi gusto le falta aire acondicionado porque tiene un ventilador de pie pero hace mucho calor .En nuestro caso , al ser julio no puedes abrir ventanas para ventilar porque entra más calor . Si tienes la precaución de dejar las puertas de las habitaciones abiertas se refresca un poco el salón . Pero tampoco es algo que incomode demasiado . En general todo estupendo ☺️

If you are looking for a quiet family place, away from the hustle and bustle of touristic cities, this is the right spot! The apartment is located on the first floor above the flat occupied by a couple, it is clean and cosy, and is featuring all the facilities that you may need during your short or longer stay (except of the washing machine, if you expect it to be installed). The air-condition works perfectly in both bedrooms, and although it is missing in the living room, you do not really feel it so much. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is newly renovated and you can enjoy easy meals in the kitchen, equipped in gas, oven, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher, and - obviously - plates, cutlery and other necessary utensils. There is a nice balcony/sitting space with a table and chairs at the entrance to the apartment, from where you can get a bit of a view of the lake (or a cat downstairs - for cat lovers!). Contact with the host Giorgia via WhatsApp very professional and fast, all instructions clear. A welcome wine and cold water in the fridge, as well as some delicious sweets were a nice addition! You can park your car at the car park on the street, next to the entrance to the location (yes, it is better to rent a car to get there, although it is just a 15-minutes drive from the airport, Conad shopping centre, Lidl and Decathlon in Olbia ;)). And, last but not least, a very nice sandy Marina Maria beach is just within a few minutes' walk. If I planned summer holidays near Olbia, I would definitely come back to Marina Maria apartment! :)

Very minor things: - wifi could have been better (it did not work many times), - there could be some utensils for cleaning the kitchen (cloths, sponge) provided, and - if you are an air-con person: an air-conditioning in the living room (we did not miss it), - a washing machine - if you really need to use it.
