Absolutely amazing! Can highly recommend!

It was an absolutely amazing stay! The room was perfect - extremely clean and comfortable with snacks, water, coffee, and tea provided. The surroundings were quiet, beautiful, and right out of an idyllic painting. Leo and his family did everything to make our stay as nice as possible. We for example had a bit of food stored on the balcony to keep it cool and the next day out of nowhere there was put a small fridge in our room. What a great service! And don't get me started on the restaurant situated 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It is the most delicious food we have ever had. Both the breakfast and dinner were out of this world. THANK YOU - We will definitely be back!

Great stay in small village surrounded by snow topped mountains

Our Italian is not that good but where very able to communicate with Leo and staff. Very nice little village with artisan / local food shops. We got a good discount in the restaurant that is run by Leo and his wife, breakfast as well. Room is very modern and clean and great view of snow topped mountains.

I love everything thing here! Would recommend this to anyone. It’s a new hotel, Very clean and modern. Minibar in the room they prepare a lot of snack and drink. The walkway also have a coffee machine to use 24/7. The thing I love most in here is the host. They are super kind and friendly. They also have a restaurant that serve a delicious and stunning food. Would highly recommend this hotel!!

Staff is really friendly and polite. The village where the house located is clean, beautiful and peaceful. The room is well decorated and comfortable. Well equipped. Despite having a sofa bed, it is super comfortable.

The location is very good, it's quiet. Hotel parking spaces available.

The light conditions in the room are insufficient. The shower is completely in the dark. You are constantly in the process of moving the existing floor lamp from one side to the other in order to provide reasonably sufficient light. The electricity, activated with the sensor card, had various failures and sometimes began to flicker. That was uncomfortable at night. There is no instruction manual for the hot tub. The water temperature could not be changed, it was only lukewarm for 3 days. Under these circumstances, we immediately lost the desire to take a bath. The kitchen is small but nice. However, she is equipped with far too many things. Many things no longer have room in the cupboard and are lined up next the stove and next to the washing area. With the exception of the refrigerator, there is no other storage option for purchased food. The small kitchen table is the only option and that raises the question, where do I have space to eat? You can't get anywhere without improvising. The room was too cold in relation to the outside temperature. We turned the heating up all the way, but it stayed cold.

Excellent apartments. Excellent owner. Any question was arranged, without exaggeration, within a few minutes. Excellent breakfast in a restaurant a stone's throw from the apartments. The apartments are located in a charming town where you can feel the atmosphere of Italian life and enjoy the stunning nature surrounded by mountains.

Super consigliato! camere comode e pulite immerse in un'oasi di tranquillità con viste mozzafiato. La Posizione della struttura è ottima per raggiungere comodamente le piste da sci. Il proprietario è una persona molto ospitale e disponibile. Consigliatissimo anche l'omonimo ristorante dove la cucina è di ottima qualità. Torneremo sicuramente.

Un weekend rigenerante in una cornice naturale stupenda e una calda ospitalità

Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera “presolana del prato”: molto accogliente, ben arredata, pulita, dotata di piccolo balcone con una bella vista. Si trovano boiler, té, snack, succhi, bottigliette d’acqua in camera; l’occorrente per il bagno sotto forme di prodotti usa e getta (spazzolino e dentifricio, shampoo e gel doccia, crema corpo, sapone); bellissima la vasca idromassaggio esterna ad utilizzo libero!! Inoltre il ristorante omonimo a 200 metri offre un ottimo menù ed è anche utilizzato per la colazione inclusa nel soggiorno.

Attenzione a chiedere accappatoi (soprattutto se volete usufruire della vasca idromassaggio in inverno) poiché non sono forniti insieme alle salviette

La colazione come anche la cena ed il pranzo sono stati superlativi: prodotti freschi, ampia scelta e grande attenzione ai dettagli. Consiglio la carne alla griglia una carne che si scioglie in bocca !!!!! Inoltre, la struttura gode di una posizione perfetta, praticamente nel centro del paese, il che rende comodissimo raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni. Consigliatissimo!
