Este un apartament cochet, cu mobilier nou
Dormitoarele nu au geamurile cu deschdere exterioara, unul este cu deschidere in leaving si celalalt in bucatarie
Are izolație bună si nu prea aveai nevoie de aer conditionat
Are o zona exterioara foarte frumoasa pt servit cafea sau un vin
Este poziționat central , la anumite ore se găsea mai greu parcare
Curatenia a fost exemplara si chiar ne-au făcut curat si schimbat lenjeria la mijlocul sejurului
Singurul minus pe care le-as semnala este ca la bucătărie, nu am găsit nici măcar sare
Vasele din dotare sunt minime dar pt noi au fost suficiente

The owners seem to live in the same building and were very helpful and responsive - but they only speak greek. The appartment is very nice, clean, new, the vegetable garden out back is even more beautiful now than on the pictures, great for having breakfasts. Two doors towards the street block the noise well. Ground floor and thick stone walls keep the temperature nice and cool, and dark for sleeping-in in the mornings. Two new, clean, strong air conditioning units with night mode - but we only ran it for drying. Good location for the town. Overall this is a very nice place and we had a nice week in Zakynthos, no regrets.
Air quality was a problem: The tiny bathroom has no mosquito nets and gets humid after shower, and only the kitchen next to it has windows, but the mosquito nets had problems. A lot of traffic on the street can be noisy and chaotic for parking - confidence is needed, but we always found space. Crosswind for quick fresh air is only possible when opening the entrance door window to the high traffic street. There are water pumps and AC units out the back window that sometimes make noise, we had to close the back window to sleep. The washing machine has a "trick" to work, so I would say it is inoperable for you. The big TV is very old and has strong ghosting. Thick stone walls make Wi-Fi behave mysteriously - otherwise the internet was fast, but better bring a cable. The water service in Zakynthos is a bit salty (everyhere). Overall this is a good place with a good price, but this year we saw a lot of competition in Zakynthos, multiple similarly good places for a similarly good price.

The apartment has a great location — very central and convenient, making it easy to get around. The space itself is modern and nicely decorated, which we appreciated.
We noticed small flies in the bathroom, living area, and even the bedroom, which was unpleasant. It would be helpful if the host could address this with better pest control or cleaning measures.
Another issue was with the shower — the water temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold, making it uncomfortable to use. We hope this can be fixed, as a consistent hot shower is essential for a comfortable stay.
Lastly, the kitchen was quite limited in terms of utensils and basic supplies, which made it challenging to cook even simple meals. A few more essentials like salt and pepper... would make a big difference for future guests.
Overall, it's a good place with potential, but a few improvements would really enhance the guest experience.
