Cancellation Policy: -To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in -If guests cancel 30 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll receive 100% for all nights minus $150 cancellation charge to cover processing fees. -If a guest cancels 14-29 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights minus $150 cancellation charge to cover fees. -If the guest cancels less than 14 days before check-in, there are no refunds.

Bibiana was an excellent host, we stayed for 2 weeks in October 2025 and had a fab time. The property is very well situated, in good condition and has good amenities. We did have an issue with one area not having been cleaned properly, but Bibiana could not have been more understanding and apologetic. From time to time things go wrong and mistakes are made but Bibiana dealt with it exactly how I would expect which is why we have booked a return stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a villa close to Disney & Universal.

The house was terrific, close to the parks and lots of shops and restaurants. Communication was excellent from the host! Such a great place for us all to stay!

The villa is in a fantastic location for Disney. I can’t recommend highly enough. The communication with Bibiana was excellent from start to finish Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa
