Needed some time to disconnect and this was a great property to do it. Quiet, clean and great location to walk everywhere.

Nearly all the properties for rent are four Plexes that were built in the 50s and 60s. As gentrification.. of Delray Beach continues, most of these properties will be sold and demolished for the lot.
The highlight of this property is the location, pool and outdoor amenities.. Easily walkable to Atlantic Avenue and then Eastwardto the beach. As mentioned in the first paragraph, this property, like all the others, is showing its age. Areas for improvement; front door locks and fit, bedsheets worn and threadbare, Alley parking spot very tight. And you might want to let the host know if you are allergic to the plug-in air deodorizers because two are in the unit. I had a bad allergic reaction for the first two days until I discovered and unplugged them.
