About this house rental
Welcome to our home! We want you to fall in love with the house the same way we did when we first saw it.
It's a modern luxury for families, friends, kids, and grandparents to enjoy. Our 3200 sqft detached home offers you privacy and space, with the proximity of all the local restaurants and shops, but without the congestion. Our fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill allow you to cook gourmet meals or take the easy route and order out.
This is the ideal escape from work and the monotony we have fallen into, perfect for multiple families, a group of friends or just you and the kids!
The first floor allows you access to the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen, living and dining area. In the open floor plan, there is more than enough seating and space for everyone. There is walk out access to the sip ‘n dip pool (heated at an additional cost), patio and outdoor grill. This is a perfect set up for an indoor/outdoor socially distanced soirée! Use the back gate to walk over to the beach in less than 4 minutes. When you get back, use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand before throwing your swim clothes in the washer/dryer - how easy is that??
As you arrive on the second floor, you have a gorgeous view out the large master bedroom (king bed). Wake up to the sunrise and snuggle with your loved one on the private master balcony as the sun sets. There are 2 additional bedrooms (both king beds) on the floor each boasting of their own ensuite bathroom. Each room in the house delights in its own flatscreen HDTV and large window - so you can continue to enjoy the views, nest in bed with a great book or catch up on your favorite shows!
The third floor balcony greets you at the top of the stairs. It’s the perfect space to host a sunset viewing party or relax in the additional living space complete with a kitchenette to chill your favorite champagne! The third floor has 6 additional beds - one room has 4 spacious, full size, bunk beds! Who says adults can’t join in the fun?!?!?!?! There is also another king bedroom and a pull out sofa in the lounge.
This house has something for everyone - heated* pool, private bedrooms, quick beach access, viewing balconies, space for the kids to play, bikes to ride down 30A, and easy entry for grandparents to enjoy.......what more could you ask for in a beach getaway?!?!?

We had a great stay at this property. It was well appointed and very clean. The owners were super responsive with our questions. The beach towels and beach equipment were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We just had the most wonderful week at Inlet Beach. The location of this home just can’t be beat. We absolutely loved it. The home worked out really well and we liked it even more as the week went on, realizing what a great fit it was for our group. Because I am detail oriented, I am going to point out all the negatives. However, I still give the home 5 stars. First, the cookware was a bit sparse. Many pots and pans were also not completely clean. We did a bit of deep cleaning on all of them and that helped. The pantry was also locked by the owner and so we had to stack pantry items on a side shelving. Lastly, the bikes were beat. They really could stand to be replaced, but I also see that they get a lot of wear from the weather conditions. Now to the positives. The main living area is great. It is actually bigger than the pictures show. The backyard is wonderful. The pool is small but just perfect for our kids to have a place to play when not at the beach. I love how it’s right off the kitchen so you can be nearby. All the rooms are great and the bunk room has full over full beds. The kids loved it. Beds were all pretty comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we had a large group.

We had a wonderful stay at Tidewater Place! The house was a great set up for kids (ours loved the large bunkbeds) and adults (adults loved having king beds in all of the other rooms) alike! Proximity to the beach was great, and the heated pool was icing on the cake for cooler Spring evening and morning swims for the kids. Thanks Brett and Brandy!

Loved the location and easy walk to the beach. The property is lovely but shows wear and tear from heavy use. The patio door was hard to open and close, the sofas were stained, the wagon was missing, and the fridge did not close properly.The pool was great but the first time we used the patio, one of the chairs collapsed under my husband, who is of average build. We alerted the owner and were stunned when she responded with a Venmo request for 240. She texted a receipt for a chair purchased last year, which suggested to me that the chairs need to be replaced periodically. The other outdoor furniture looked worn from the elements too. The owner insists renters pay for any damaged items that they do not catch upon arrival, which she said included the chair. But the rental agreement states renters are responsible for damage to the property "caused by our negligence," and we both agreed sitting in a chair is not negligence.The owner threatened to leave a negative review on our profile if we did not pay. We had a fantastic time and hate to end on a sour note. I take pride in caring for my own home and we took great care of the place. I asked in advance if there was a vacuum because I planned to use it, except it did not work. The minor problems with the place are not a dealbreaker, but to be asked to pay for the chair was insulting. Be warned that you could be billed for anything that breaks even if you are not at fault.
