This 2300 sq. ft. home is surrounded by trees, beautiful landscaping and offers 600 sq. ft. of outdoor deck creating the perfect lake getaway. Second living area has 70" TV, fireplace & electronic games. Guests will enjoy gathering around the fire pit and cooking and dining outdoors. Located less than five minutes away from boat ramps and a swim beach. You will have everything you need to kick back and relax.

Be one of the first to enjoy this totally remodeled home. The Master Bath offers a spa atmosphere and mood lighting that invites you to relax in the freestanding tub. Large dining area, two living areas, wine frig, and a double car garage are yours to enjoy. Within 10 minutes you can experience the Chickasaw Point Golf Course and Texoma Casino. A short 20 minute drive will get you to the Durant Choctaw Casino. So much to see and do!

This is the second time to stay. It is perfect for us. It’s very comfortable and convenient to town and the lake. We can’t wait to come back again next year.

The description and pictures do not do this property justice. It is a peaceful, and serene outdoor area that is absolutely perfect for sipping on morning coffee or winding down by the fire with an evening cocktail. The house layout was perfect for our group to spread out and have our own space. All the necessities were available in the kitchen so we could prepare and serve our group meals. This is a place we would definitely stay at again and was absolutely perfect for our family.
